Please, say 'NO' to drugs

Everyone who has dabbled
In drugs must've had their doubts,
But we want to be with the gang,
We hate to left out.

It is so very easy,
When we go to school,
For others to bully us,
And make us look a fool.

But being really brave,
And standing up to thugs,
Is the only sure fast way,
Of saying 'NO' to drugs.

There were no drugs at school,
When I went years ago,
But then, in those distant days,
Everyone smoked for show.

I was always bullied,
Because I wasn't like all the rest,
Then I cared, now I don't,
I know it was for the best

Not to give in, and conform.
I know it's so hard among
Others who try to be big,
And so difficult when you're young,

But, please, if you out there
Are tempted by the weed,
Or any foreign substances,
This is not what you need.

You are young - full of life,
With your whole life ahead,
Please, don't ruin it taking drugs,
You could even end up DEAD!
